  • If you have urgent matters after hours, our providers are available to answer questions by calling the office number after-hours triage line.
  • Patients who follow an alternative or delayed vaccination schedule are welcome in our practice. Our policy is to provide well visits to all patients, regardless of immunization status. These visits follow an established well-child schedule designed to carefully monitor each child’s growth and developmental progress, ensuring they receive comprehensive and attentive care.

Dr. Crocenelli is a local graduate of Moon High School and attended Allegheny College in Meadville, PA. She completed medical school at the Penn State College of Medicine and her pediatric training at Ohio State. She has been board certified in pediatrics and practicing in the local area for over 20 years.

Susan Pointer is a board certified nurse practitioner, and has a special interest in lactation and newborn care.  She has been in practice for 10 years and has been a nurse for 26 years.
